Heliamphora

Heliamphora, commonly known as sun pitchers, are native to the Guiana Highlands in South America, particularly in Venezuela, Guyana, and Brazil. They thrive in high-altitude, nutrient-poor, and water-saturated environments.

In captivity I grow these in a mix of fluval stratum (aquarium substrate made from mineral-rich volcanic soil) and pumice. I keep them in 2-3 inches of water at all time under bright light and in a grow tent.

I occasionally have divisions available. If you are interested and are local in Georgia please contact me and I can keep you updated when divisions are established.
